You’ll discover the rare mission for Maneater, required for the Extended Arrow Quiver, at the Kell’s Boat Repairs outpost, to the south-west of the south-eastern most radio tower. Head to the location shown in the screenshots and hunt down Maneater from the patrol boat with a bow! Head to the location proven in the screenshots and hunt down the Black Panther with the bow. You’ll discover the rare mission for the Black Panther, required for the Extended Syringe Kit, to the south-east of Dr. Earnhardt’s mansion (the high-west side of the island).
